Sunday:The Worship Service (11:00)
Toby Pope has now begun his work as our Pastor and Shepard. For the first several Sundays, he is presenting sermons related to our name. On July 8, he focused on Grace. On the 15th, his topic was what it means to be Presbyterian, On the 22, he will be speaking about the Church. On July 29th, he began a series on the gospel of Mark. |
Wednesday:Wednesday Evening Bible Study:
Our current Wednesday night program involves an interactive discussion of the book titled "Finishing Our Course With Joy" that was written by Dr. J. I. Packer, the author of the Christian classic "Knowing God.". The study begins at 5:45 and concludes at 6:45. Our choir then rehearses from 7:00-8:15. Sunday School:Studying the Bible
There are two adult Sunday School classes. The first class meets in the sanctuary and is led by Elder Bill Dyar. The second class meets in a classroom. This class is led by Elder David Dennis. Both classes are currently discussing a book entitled "Rising to the Call of Leadership by Kay Arthur, et al. Each class meets at 9:45. |
